Has anyone tried combining both NMN and NR for maximum NAD+ elevation?

Been trying out NMN and NR together for about 90 days and truthfully the combined benefits seems way more effective than taking either NAD+ precursor alone - apparently NMN uses the NMN-specific route while nicotinamide riboside goes through NRK1 NRK2 enzymes so you're basically targeting cellular NAD+ production from different pathways which makes sense since NAD+ decline with age is such a significant issue in declining energy production and I'm definitely noticing better energy metabolism boosters (punbb.skynettechnologies.us) plus faster muscle recovery especially when I combine them with quercetin as a CD38 inhibitor - other people tried this dual precursor method and what amounts are you using because I'm currently doing 500mg each in the morning with breakfast but wondering if when you take them affects bioavailability for maximum cellular health benefits?
